Arkansas officials just sent out a list of guidelines for the start of fall camp. And while many of them are for the media, here is something that should interest fans: 

  ”All practices from August 6 to 21 will be open to the public and media. Practices after August 21 will be closed, however.”

  So if you want to see the Razorbacks practice before the start of the season, you have a window over the next few weeks to do so.
