Arkansas cornerback Ramon Broadway was arrested and booked into the Washington County Jail at 7:51 p.m. today after he failed to appear for a court date in Alma. According to an officer at the jail, Broadway had received a ticket for no proof of insurance, but failed to appear in court to settle the ticket.
