   Arkansas near win against FL is enough to knock the gators out of 1st, but not put the hogs in 25th, at least???? WOW

   All these guys with votes do the same thing. They go off record and their perceptions. FL should have murdered AR. They dont give credit to AR all the headlines are about how awful FL played and snuck it out. None are about how AR played great, missed some opportunities to easily put it away, and had clear ref bias against them. Watch the tape. That is all I have to say. No holds on FL all game?? Really. Watch the tape. Pass interferences?? Really. Watch the tape. I am over it now and nothing can be done.

   But the reason our system is messed up is because voters with messed up defunct logic have a say so. A new system needs to happen because it is clear that people just dont get it. Its who is the best teams not who plays in a weak conference and has a the best records. Until we get over that the system is going to stay garbage. For example. If there was a playoff and AR wins all of their remaining games or 4 of them. I expect we win 4 or 5 but they all are winnable. We go into the playoff as a lower seed going against a 1 or 2 probably from another conference. I like our chances to romp them very much. Where these guys rank us wouldnt matter because we are a top national team as far as competitiveness. We can play with anyone. How many teams in the top25 can say they can play with anyone? Most have proved they cant.

   Oh well off my soap box. And yeah nice ballot looks like everyone elses that puts one out. Trying to have their “credibility” by doing the same thing as each other.

   A few good examples are Ohio State, Notre Dame, Boise.

   If there was a playoff or any type of new system (it would have to be better than what we have) I think anyone and everyone would be praying to be the bottom seed paired against any of these teams. There are a dozen more that also could be added to the list. Like Miami, Va Tech, and on and on.

   They have shown that when put up against the big boys they cant to it. Boise the exception because they dont play anyone. And I dont want to hear about Oregon they are sorry. I would like to now add Oregon to my list actually of overrated teams that I would love to play. Put us in a bowl against any of these teams and I think the Hogs come out on top.

   Defunct system.

   I have never understood the complete hatred of the razorbacks from all the news media, including our local reporters. I have lived all over the country, and everywhere I have lived the local news were “homers”. But here in Arkansas the media are anti-homers. They hate the home team.

   It drove me nuts when I was stationed in Florida. An example of a news article would be: “the University of Toledo was destroyed by the outstanding play of Johnny Jones of SMU who played pee wee football in Miami”. When you check game stats Johnny Jones would be a 3rd string player who got into the game for 3 plays at the end of the game.

   I live in Jacksonville and my wife went to the game. (we hate the gators).. Anyway, the 45 minute walk to our car after the game, through tens of thousands of gator fans, never made me more proud to be a hog. The Florida fans were amazing. The mrs and I were decked out head-to-toe in hog garb and it was as if we were celebrities. The gator fans all admitted the refs handed them the game on the interference call on 3rd down and apologized for what had happened to our team of boys that fought their hearts out. These fans really earned our respect and all vocalized the need for AR to be ranked and their wishes for a rematch in Atlanta. Are we as good as FL and AL? Probably not on a day to day basis. Are we a young team with chances of shocking anyone, on any given Saturday with a hell of a chance to be a top 10 team next year? 90,460 Florida fans think so. Go hogs… I’m proud as he’ll of you guys!!!

   No way Florida is the 2nd best team in the nation…no way Boise is the 5th best team in the nation…conformist! Where is the resignation from the refs that worked that game saturday? It’s ok to make numerous crappy calls as long as you admit it after the fact? Noone’s going to remember the admission of guilt by the SEC but Florida gets to keep being undefeated…the SEC the BCS the NCAA all a joke.
